I bought a lot of ribbons of different colours from a pound store near us and I thought of using them for our next card project. I used the ribbons to create flowers and its stems. We'll call this the ribbon flowers birthday card.

Ribbon Flowers Birthday Card

The ribbon flowers birthday card needs a bit of sewing. So we'll need a needle, thread and buttons for this card.

1.  Cut 12 to 15 ribbons of 5 different colours for the flowers measuring 3"

2.  Sew the ribbons together by folding them in half and sewing the ends together. Do this repeatedly, carefully placing the ribbons to create the petals. Once all the flowers are done, stick the button in the middle of every flower or you can sew them as well.

3.  Twist brown ribbons and stick them on the card to create the stems of the flowers. Then stick the flower on top of the stems. Cut out green coloured paper for the grass and blue coloured paper for the clouds, as shown below.

And that's it, you have your ribbon flowers birthday card. You can also use this flowers to other crafts like sewing on your personalized pillowcases, etc.
